Choose the analysis
The home page of GSEACompass let you decide the analysis to run.
Once GSEACompass has been downloaded and installed, and so have been its run-time dependencies, it can finally be run.
To do so, double-click on its icon on your OS app drawer (GNOME-based linux distros) or start bar (Windows, other linux distros). A windows similar to this one below will popup.
If you wish to run GSEA on your data, click on the Open blue button under the GSEA label; if otherwise your goal is to run GSEA preranked, click on the Open lue button under the GSEA preranked label.
Once done, a new window will be popup on your screen, according to which button you've just clicked.
