Export

How to export the data you're interested in.

In order to export some data to your disk, firstly, select some data (either rows, columns, or both of them); if you haven't selected anything, the table will be exported wholly.

Once a selection has been made, click on the Export gray button on the bottom-left corner of the window. A drop-down menu appears and you may now select to format of the data you whish to save on your disk.

Three format are currenlty supported: copy to clipboard (not exported to disk), CSV and Excel (.xlsx).

Mind that the exporting capability of GSEACompass takes into account not just the selected columns and rows, but the current filter applied to them: if any filter is applied (search or significance filter), just the resulting rows after the filtering process will be exported.

If the exporting process ends successfully, you'll see such a popup.
